Deadline for Application: Nov. 20, 2009

Candidate Notification: Nov. 23, 2009

On-line Election Period: Nov. 24 - Dec. 16, 2009 (midnight)

New Board Members Seated: Jan. 1, 2010

Who Can Vote: All current paid Chapter Members

QUALIFICATIONS

Given the Chapter’s expanding scope of programs and local influence, a number of qualifications are particularly important. The Board seeks diversity of geographic areas, types of USGBC member companies, and leadership qualities needed to assure strong and dynamic Chapter Board.

• Candidates will be selected to provide a mix of expertise, potential contributions, leadership, business experience, diversity, and continuity.
• Candidates must be a member in good standing of the Inland Empire Chapter.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Nominations will be accepted for four (4) board seats. Download the Elections Fact Sheet 2010 with the link below for further information.

• You may nominate yourself by submitting the completed Board of Directors Application and signed Board of Directors Commitment form by email to info@usgbc-ie.org by November 20, 2009.
• You may nominate another member by asking them to do so.
• Bios will be posted on the Chapter website and the online voting booth. Voting instructions will be sent to all members prior to commencement of voting.
