BREM Achieves LEED Silver

The Big River Engineering & Manufacturing plant in downtown Memphis has achieved a LEED Silver certification. 
The second certified project in the city of Memphis, BREM is the highest-scoring project locally, receiving 35 points.  Congratulations to BREM and the entire project team!

MLGW Offers Incentives for Building Green

Through a grant provided by MLGW to foster awareness and encourage local green building initiatives, the
Memphis Chapter of the USGBC has incentive money to reward LEED Certified projects that meet additional
