• Article text requirements:
  • Email to the Editor with Subject: USGBC AZ newsletter ARTICLE
  • Provide your Full Name, Company Name, Mailing address, Telephone number
  • Text to be submitted as email body text or Microsoft Word document text only
  • Article length to be no more than 500 words
• Image file requirements:
  • JPG or GIF format only
  • File size no larger than 250K
  • Image size must fit in a 350x250 pixel area (either landscape or portrait)
  • Image resolution 72dpi
  • You may submit up to 10 images; No more than 3 images will actually be published
  • Image caption may say, "Courtesy of [submitter's name]" unless requested otherwise

ADVERTISERS

• Non-article/promotional text requirements:

  • Email to the Editor with Subject: USGBC AZ newsletter ADVERTISER
  • Provide your Full Name, Company Name, Mailing address, Telephone number

  • Text promoting products or services must be 50 words or less
• Image file requirements:
  • JPG or GIF format only
  • File size no larger than 75K
  • Image size must fit in a 150x150 pixel area
  • Image resolution 72dpi
  • Submit 1 image only
  • Image caption may say, "Courtesy of [submitter's name]" unless requested otherwise
• Advertisement fee:
  As of January 1, 2008, a fee of $75.00 must be received by one of the following 2 payment methods:

• We identify "Newsmates" as other publications - either online or in hardcopy - with which we agree to swap real estate to help each other expose our organizations to a greater network of people.
