In 2007, Richard founded and manage All Green Analytical, a wastewater technology consulting firm which held the first permitted development in Union County. All Green Analytical is Land development analysis, planning, and permitting utilizing innovative wastewater treatment and disposal.
In 2008, Richard founded FSREI, LLC that is a real estate investment company. FSREI specializes in real property for Bojangle’s. A Lessor to Bojangles franchisees in the Louisiana and to a limited extent, sites in the South Carolina markets. Services include siite selection, land acquisition, development, vertical construction, and outfitting Bojangles restaurants.
Richard has had hands-on and diverse experience in medium size construction project management. Over time Richard has overseen high-level projects from initial conception to their timely completion. His larger focus has been, industrial, and commercial building construction. With Richard's background in all aspects of land development, there is a complete comfort lever of productivity and accomplishment.
Richard's military and construction background has given a broad experience in many aspects of governmental liaison as well a familiarity with the complex requirements of accountability. Richard continues to proffer a common sense approach to improving life’s environment, be it home, outdoors, or work spaces. In general, why do you wish to be a member of the Charlotte Region Chapter Board and what opportunities do you see for the Chapter?
Provide assistance to the Chapter members in educating potential end users of designers, architects, and general contractors. The professionals will follow our lead..
Please provide a summary of your current and past involvement in the Chapter. Include attendance at Chapter events and contributions to Chapter committees.
I am a New Member with little or no involvement to this point. I became a member to change that.
Please provide a summary of your professional qualifications, knowledge and experience of most relevance to the Chapter. Also indicate the degree to which you have senior management and executive level experience.
General building contractor with some 42 years of industrial and commercial building.
The Charlotte Region Chapter is committed to strengthening its membership diversity. What resources could you bring to bear (e.g., demonstrated expertise, leadership positions, and willingness) to help further Chapter participation from high priority sectors including: real estate, energy/utility, finance/insurance, residential, corporate, and product manufacturing? You can also address other sectors you think require greater involvement in the Chapter.
I am currently advocating for LEED building design by designers, building contractors, and end users. I was a Captain in the US Army for leadership qualifications. My schedule already encompasses the active willingness to help the Chapter, even before becoming a member. I have set the example by being the first land developer in Union county to achieve a DWQ-DENR onsite wastewater collection, treatment and disposal permit under Title 15A, Subchapter 2T for wastewater NOT discharged to surface waters.
