Hunter Fleshood is a Senior Vice President in Bank of America's Corporate Workplace organization which manages approximately 9,000 properties and 100 million square feet of commercial real estate. Mr. Fleshood currently serves as Portfolio Director for Bank of America's 10-state Central Region which includes 900 properties totaling 13 million square feet. Mr. Fleshood also serves as Program Director for the implementation of Bank of America's Centralized Energy Management platform which will provide remote monitoring and control of HVAC and Lighting systems in more than 3,000 properties. This program will enable a 15% reduction in kWh consumption and a 3% reduction in CO2 emissions (39,000 tons equivalent).
Mr. Fleshood previously served as Portfolio Director for Bank of America's New York City and Charlotte Headquarters portfolios. In these positions, Mr. Fleshood participated in several LEED certified and registered projects including: Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park (NYC), 50 Rockefeller Center (NYC), Bank of America Corporate Center renovation (Charlotte) and Bank of America's build out of the Sherrill Building at Ballantyne Corporate Park (Charlotte).
Prior to joining Bank of America, Mr. Fleshood was a Senior Manager in Accenture's Financial Services practice in Charlotte, NC and San Francisco, CA. During his nine-year career at Accenture, Mr. Fleshood led transformational change initiatives for Fortune 100 companies including First Union National Bank (now Wachovia), Nations Bank (now Bank of America) and Allianz.
Mr. Fleshood is a LEED Accredited Professional and is a member of the CoreNet Carolinas Board of Directors and the USGBC Charlotte Region Chapter Board of Directors. Mr. Fleshood also serves on the Board of Directors for the Childress Klein YMCA and as a Deacon at First Presbyterian Church.
