U of M TERRA House Under Construction
A High Performance, Healthy and Sustainable Home is Designed by the CSD
Uptown, Memphis
- 2008

The 1700 SF sustainable residence was designed by the Center for Sustainable Design at
the University of Memphis. Using design criteria from USGBC LEED for Homes, the MLGW
EcoBuild Program, and the American Lung Association Health House, the Center is producing
a healthy, high performance house that embodies the principles of sustainable design.
