In an economically challenged homebuilding industry, investment in LEED-H and other residential certifications can build capacity for both affordable and custom construction firms - and increase how the public values green building.  Builder presentations and facilitated discussion will spotlight planning processes, cost issues, customer relations.

Habitat for Humanity-St. Louis' LEED-Platinum "blitz build" projects, McCormick Baron Salazar Renaissance Grand LEED-ND pilot project (invited), St. Louis County's Patrician Place project, Stitt Homes (invited).

Paid parking is available by permit in the Washington University parking garage or in the Visitor Parking behind the Kemper Art Museum (near Skinker and Brookings Drive). Daily
permits are available for $5 each in the Mallinckrodt Center Book Store. Metered parking is available along Brookings Drive. Free parking is available in nearby Forest Park. Carpooling & Metrolink are encouraged.
