Educate, initiate dialog, and seeks to accelerate implementation of green planning and building design within the wider context of campus sustainability to promote healthy, productive and engaging places to live, learn and teach. Our goal is the adoption by area campuses of LEED NC for all new construction and substantial renovations.

Oversee the prudent use of member dues, program, training and sponsorship revenue. Work with the treasurer to establish an annual budget and to monitor Chapter expenditures. Plan and implement fund raising initiatives.
Marketing

Develop strategies to enhance communication with and among chapter membership, including handling public relations and marketing, maintaining a speakers' bureau and tracking current green building resources and issues.
