LEED Incentive Grant Information

Several years ago, the Chapter proposed the LEED Incentive Grant Program to AmerenUE. It was officially funded and announced on June 1, 2006 is designed to accelerate green building practices, energy conservation and environmental performance in the St. Louis Region. The Program was intially funded with $120,000, enough to award around 5 or 6 grants. When the Chapter received 18 applications by the December 31, 2006 deadline, AmerenUE generously extended their funding in order to award all 18 projects with incentive grants!

Please note: USGBC-STL is no longer accepting applications for the LEED Incentive Grant Program
