LEED-NC Technical Review Workshop

Attendees of the LEED for New Construction and Major Renovations Technical Review Workshop gained the knowledge needed to maximize building performance, achieve LEED certification and take the LEED Professional Accreditation Exam. Presented by the U.S. Green Building Council.

LEED for Homes Tour: E2 City Homes

The developer (the Urban Project) and the architect (LHB) will assist with rotating tours of this unique project. The four townhomes were built with Insulated Concrete Forms, geo thermal heating and cooling and many other green features. The homes have been tested and are registered to be LEED H certified.
All Are Invited: please join us for the second Residential Membership Circle meeting. Our goal is to continue the discussion on how to expand residential membership and meet the wide variety of needs of our members. The first meeting was a great launching opportunity. It was also a great networking opportunity. Come again, or come for the first time. All input is valuable to the success of our Chapter. LEED for Homes Workshop

Attend the LEED for Homes Technical Review Workshop presented by the U.S. Green Building Council. Training by a LEED for Homes Provider is required for builders wanting to achieve LEED for Homes certification of their residential projects. New curriculum will be taught by Jay Hall of Building Knowledge, Inc., primary consultant to USGBC on the LEED for Homes program, and Michael Holcomb of Alliance for Environmental Sustainability, the closest LEED for Homes Provider.
